Estimates are professional opinions based on the drawings and information provided. They are not a construction contract.
By requesting a quote you agree that BidAxis will review the documents you submit and provide quantities and/or pricing for the agreed scope. Incomplete drawings may require documented assumptions.
Delivery dates are confirmed in writing with each quote. Small revisions are included until bid submission unless the drawing set or trade list changes substantially. Larger changes are quoted before extra work starts.
